When an e-mail is sent via Lexmark Print Management ( LPM), it will show as sent from the currently logged on user and not the e-mail address set on the Device's SMTP Reply Address. This happens even though "Email - From Source" is set to Device in the LPM Solution configuration.
Solution
Updating the LPM version to version 2.7.1 / LDD 5.1.1 will fix the issue.
