Cannot send or receive faxes using etherFAX

Try one or more of the following:

  • Make sure that the printer is connected to a network and the network is connected to the Internet.
  • Make sure that etherFAX is set up correctly. For more information, see Setting up the fax function using etherFAX.
  • Split large documents into smaller file sizes.

If the problem persists, then go to https://www.etherfax.net/lexmark.
