You receive the following message when you attempt to utilize the Email feature in Scan Center:

Changes to Microsoft Outlook architecture have changed the way Microsoft adds attachments. Moreover, the later versions of Scan Center not longer include the Email feature.
You can perform a TWAIN-scan and attach the image file to a standard e-mail, or you can configure Scan to E-mail to use Microsoft Outlook 365 if the printer is connected to a network. Configuring printer e-mail settings for use with Microsoft Outlook 365 for further information.
