Issue description
In an LPM environment, creating a local account (password or PIN) on the printer, restricting its access to network/ports menu and removing the public permission to access network/ports menu, the printer ignores each attempt to change the network setting from dynamic (DHCP) to static IP address once logged in with this local account. Hence, instead of assigning a static IP address, the printer initiates a DHCP DISCOVER and gets a new dynamic IP address.
Note: Changing the network setting from the embedded web server (EWS) and printer control panel has the same behavior.
