Issue Description
When you copy a document and use the hole punch feature of the printer with Tray 5 set as the default, the feature will be grayed out and will be disabled.
Troubleshooting
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Should this issue occur, check the paper settings for each tray and make sure they match the media loaded in the printer. |
| 2 | Check how the paper is fed and check whether the tray supports Log edge feeding (LEF) or Short edge feeding (SEF). |
| 3 | Perform a Power-On Reset (POR) and check if the same behavior occurs. |
