Troubleshooting unable to print and printer status is "Stopped" when using Universal Print

Issue description

User is unable to print through MS Universal Print in the Cloud Service and the device status appears as "Stopped".

Solution

  1. In EWS, navigate to Security > Manage Permissions and expand Function Access.

  2. Set "Internet Printing Protocol (IPP)" to Enabled.
