Issue description
When Device Quotas is enabled and the user clicks the Start button from the control panel, the copy job does not start.
Solution
This behavior is by design.
The Device Quotas application overrides the copy workflow, which includes the Start button. When a user presses the Start button, the Copy screen appears, and the user must touch the Scan button to start the copy job.
Note: Lexmark DOES NOT recommend disabling the Device Quota app to automatically start the copy job. Disabling the app removes the administrator's privilege to configure user-level quotas for print, scan, copy, and outbound fax. Any workflow that is performed while the app is disabled will not be accounted for. For more information, contact your administrator.
