Issue Description:
When printing documents, the colors are not printed correctly. Some colors are also missing.
Solution:
Open the printer front door.
Pull out the toner cartridge tray.
Check whether the toner cartridges are properly installed to their respective places. Make sure to install them correctly.
Note: The printer has matching colored latches and labels to corresponding toner colors (Black, Magenta, Cyan, and Yellow).
