Perform these steps to fix the issue:

Increase the Toner Darkness to Dark by following these steps:

button and navigate to Print > Quality> Toner Darkness > Dark.

Change the Media Texture to Rough media type. Follow these steps:

Press

button and navigate to Paper > Media Configuration > Media Types > (select the paper loaded in the tray) Plain Paper > Plain Texture > Rough.


Note:

  • Press the
    and
    arrow buttons for the menu selection and press the
    button in selecting an option.
  • Rough paper textures and heavy paper weights may print more slowly.

Issue resolved.Replace the Toner Cartridge (Part number: B220XA0)
