Overview
When at least 50 or more pages are loaded into the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), there is a possibility that feeding issues could occur.
Recommendation
To avoid any possible issues that you may encounter, please follow the recommendations provided below:
- Make sure that the top cover is closed
- Open / Close the top cover if an issue occurs
- Reduce the number of media stack to be scanned
