661.13, 662.23, 663.33, 664.43, and 665.53 error codes

Issue description

While printing, the printer produces a 66x.x3 error code, (x = input source). This issue stems from one or both tray latches being broken, which causes the tray to open while printing.

The following error codes correspond to which tray the paper jam has occurred:

• Tray 1 - 661.13
• Tray 2 - 662.23
• Tray 3 - 663.33
• Tray 4 - 664.43
• Tray 5 - 665.53

Solution

Verify whether either any of the tray latches are broken.
