Images are quite dark when printed in the 1200 image quality setting

Issue description

When printing a document that is set in the 1200 Image Quality (IQ) setting, the images appear somewhat darker compared to a normal setting.

Print the document and check if the print quality still appears dark.

If the issue persists, make sure that the latest printer firmware (FW) version (EC 0.5) is installed.

Perform a power-on-reset (POR) by powering the printer off and power it back on.

Open the printer front door and remove the supplies.

Remove the toner cartridge from the imaging unit to separate the two supplies.

Insert the toner cartridge back to the imaging unit, install back the supplies to the printer and close the front door.

Perform a test print and check if the print quality still appears dark.

Should the issue persist, replace the Imaging Unit with Part number: B220Z00.
