Upgrading Lexmark Print Management version to 2.5.1.5

Scenario 1: LPM Premise (LPM 2.4.1 or lower) using BadgeAuth2 app

This scenario works fine with LPM 2.5.1.5.

• The application is updated and the settings are retained.
• The CardAuth is renamed BadgeAuth2.
• It will show “BadgeAuth2” in the Lexmark Management Console (LMC), but it will still show “CardAuth” in the embedded webserver (EWS).

Scenario 2: LPM Premise (LPM 2.4.2 or higher) using CardAuth app

In this scenario, the existing CardAuth application must be removed first from the device before the app is upgraded to the new BadgeAuth2 application; otherwise, it will cause issues during upgrade.

Note: This will be required for any existing customer using CardAuth app.
