LDSS System Is Busy message when launching a solution profile with Secure Server Communication enabled

Audience: 'Lexmark Internal' only

Overview

The customers experience an issue when logging-in through Lexmark Document Distributor (LDD); the issue occurs since the user's authentication information is not available and the username is not populated in the Lexmark Management Console (LMC) jobs table as shown in the images below. Launching the profile posts an "LDSS system is busy, please try again later” error message.

If the security setting of the Device Group is set to "Disabled", the LDD solution profiles work but the scan solution still has some issues.

Secure Server Communication is set to “Enabled for Session” or “Enabled for Credentials”; however Solution profiles are blank and Error “LDSS system is busy, please try again later” appears.

Secure Server Communication is set to “Disable”, Solution profile is available.
