Lexmark Print Management (LPM) ? Authenticated User's E-mail Address Not Prepopulating when Using the E-mail Feature on the Printer

Overview

When users log/badge in on the LPM enabled printer and tap on the E-mail icon on the printer screen, the “From” field is not prepopulated with the users’ e-mail address.

Solution

Advanced E-mail Settings app should not be installed when LPM is installed on the printer. The app is not compatible with LPM.

Explanation

LPM and Advanced E-mail Settings both attempt to override the E-mail feature on the printer, resulting in conflict between the two.
