200.05 paper jam when printing duplex from MPF

Issue description

A 200.05 paper jam error appears on the printer display when printing duplex from the Multipurpose feeder (MPF).

• A simplex print job will not post an error but it will pick multiple sheets of paper from the MPF.
• Pick issues from the MPF are expected to happen when the printer reaches more than 50k sheet count.

Solution

Performing these steps below will fix the issue:

1. Flex, fan, and straighten the paper stack to prevent sheets from sticking together.



2. If the issue still persist, use tray 1 or other tray options.
