Issue Description: 
When printing, a 455.23 paper jam occurs, caused by a paper curl or swelling of the paper.
Solution:
Check condition of the paper. If there is curl or swelling of the paper, then replace the paper in the tray.
Remove the media, flip it over, and reload it into the tray on its opposite side.
