Scan to OCR: Garbage printing occurs when performing a scan with OCR using a CSV file type

Issue description

When performing a scan with OCR (optical character recognition) using a CSV (comma-separated values) file type, the output file produces garbage or gibberish content.

Solution

This issue usually occurs when Auto-Rotate is OFF.

To resolve this issue, make sure to set Auto-Rotate option to ON.
