Issue Description:
The Device Quota counter is not being reset based on the settings criteria specified in the app.
Settings location:
Go to Apps > Device Quota > Configure > Set to Monthly.

Solution:
To correct this issue, update to Device Quota to version 5.2.4.6. Please refer to
xref_SO6667_xreffor steps on how to install the latest solutions version.
