Issue Description:
If the Home Screen Customize feature in the Home Screen section of the Printer Details page in the Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) portal is used to add hidden eSF applications, blank spaces will be shown on the printer’s home screen.
Also, the hidden eSF applications will not be shown in the View home screen.

If you are experiencing a similar issue, but your printer model does not appear on this list, please check xref_SO9044_xref.
Solution:
This is a firmware limitation.
Use the Home Screen Restore feature in the Home Screen section of the Printer Details page in the CFM portal to reset the home screen to the default factory configuration.
Do not add hidden items using the Home Screen Customize feature.
