Scan to Network App is not working with IPSec

Issue description

When you use the Internet Protocol Security ( IPsec) with its compatibility base configuration, it registers an issue with Scan to Network App.

Check the printer’s current firmware ( FW).

NOTE: If the firmware is already updated, skip Step 2 and go directly to Step 3.

Update the printer firmware ( FW) using this PE version.

Explanation

Based on the captured network trace, the software developer team discovered that the IPSec phase 1 negotiation passed. However, the IPSec phase 2 negotiations registered an issue when using the Scan to Network app.

When using IPSec with its default base configuration, the Scan to Network app is working fine.
