Issue description

The user encounters an issue with upgrading from FW7.x or earlier releases directly to FW22.1 based releases 221.001-221.209 on impacted products.

Solution

It is recommended to first update to a FW8.x release and then upgrade to a FW22.1 based release.

Download the appropriate FW8.x release below. Note that CX is for multi‑function products and CS is for single‑function products.

If you have already upgraded your device from FW7.x directly to FW22.1, you can recover the device by flashing the firmware a second time. Contact Support for assistance with flashing the device from recovery mode.
