What you will see
After you remove a paper jam, the printer posts a 924.00 Error.
The Fuser is not properly connected to the printer. This most likely happens if the Fuser was removed in order to clear a paper jam.
Power off the printer.
If the error code appeared in the process of clearing a paper jam, first clear any jammed paper. Otherwise, proceed with the next step.
Re-install the fuser and listen for two clicks to ensure that it is seated properly.
Power the printer back on and verify whether the error clears.
If the error persists, contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
