What you will see
The printer hangs and will not display the home screen after you press the RED X button on the printer keypad while it is at the “Invalid PIN” screen. This happens when the printer driver’s Print and Hold Confidential print feature is enabled and an incorrect PIN is entered while retrieving the held job on the printer control panel.
Recommended solution
To resolve this concern, the printer’s firmware should be updated to PE Release code .P330 or higher.
