What you will see
The printer’s control panel may have the following lights blinking: Ready, Tractor 2, Paper Out, Panel Lock. This LED combination may show as soon as the printer boots up, while it is in the middle of printing operation, or even when the printer is in an idle state.
Suggested Remedy

| 1 | Make sure that printer is NOT plugged in to any device that may distribute power (such as a power strip or extension wire). |
| 2 | Perform a How to Print a Continuous Hardware Test Page on a Lexmark Forms Printer 23XX, 24XX, and 25XX to determine whether the issue is Hardware or Software related. - If the test pages print continuously without any issues, then most likely it is software related; please call Lexmark Technical Support and ask to be connected to Software Support for further diagnosis.
- Should printer display the error in the middle of printing the hardware test pages or does not print it all (as the error appears as soon as the printer boots up), please call Lexmark Technical Support and ask to be connected to Hardware Support for further diagnosis.
