Main fan removal

  1. Remove the left cover. See Left cover removal.

  2. Remove the controller board shield. See Controller board shield removal.

  3. Remove the inner controller board shield. See Inner controller board shield removal.

  4. Disconnect the main fan cable (A) from the controller board.

  5. Remove the two screws (B), and then route the fan cable through the hole in the frame to remove the fan.
