Try one or more of the following:
Turn off the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
Remove the indicated tray.
Insert the tray.
Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
Turn on the printer.
If the error occurs again, then:
Contact customer support.
Checking the parallel or serial interface card for proper installation can help you print again from the computer.
Does your printer have wireless connectivity issues? Check if the Internal Solutions Port is properly installed.
