Try one or more of the following:
From the home screen, touch Scan Center.
Note: The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.
Select a destination, and then check its settings.
If the printer and destination are in different domains, then your administrator can identify the domain information.
Cannot scan a card to a selected destination? Checking the connection or contacting your administrator can help you solve this problem.
Unable to scan your documents or photos? Check the cable connections and the file settings before scanning.
