From the home screen, touch Settings > Device > Notifications > Jam Content Recovery.
In the Jam Recovery menu, touch On or Auto.
Print the document.
Are the jammed pages reprinted?
The problem is solved.

The user experiences the following: (1) The LPM/Print Release is not working after firmware upgrade to 230.039, (2) The message “An Unknown error has occurred” immediately upon launching an LDD profile on the device or (3) When the user taps the Print Release icon, the screen is stuck on "Busy, Please wait."
