Issue description
When printing a document, the printer displays multiple error codes on the control panel and reports that all cartridges are missing or unresponsive. These errors could also appear intermittently.
Note: Sample errors are 31.40D, 31.41D, 31.42D, 31.43D, 31.60D, 31.64D, 31.40B, 31.41B, 31.42B, 31.43B, 31.60B and 31.64B.
