Issue description
Defects occur when performing a staple job. Only one side of the staple is folding, the other side is not. The issue happens even with only few sheets stapled, and the defects never go away. The following images show samples of the staple defect.
Usually, the defect happens after failing to clear the staple jam. If the staple jam is removed, and the issue still occurs, the staple cartridge can get damaged.
