Repeating defect after printing a narrow sized media

Issue description

This issue typically occurs in the following instances:

  • Primarily switching from a narrow to full width sized media.
  • Trying to print full width sized media, 30 seconds after printing 20 narrow sized sheets.
  • The issue also depends on the width of the narrow media and initial conditions.

Solution

The following recommendations could resolve this issue:

  • Increase Narrow/Wide transition wait time.
  • Wait after printing narrow media for 5 minutes before printing full width media.
  • Print full width sized media before narrow sized media.
