Vertical dark streaks check

Issue description

This issue consists of dark or black irregular, vertical streaks or lines (also known as powder defect) that appear on certain parts of a printed page.

They usually start from the top of the page and continue on to the bottom.

Solution

1. Print the Print Quality Samples. From the Control panel, navigate through: Settings > Report > Print Quality Pages.



2. If the issue persists, call Lexmark Technical Support.
