Diagonal lines in halftones in 1200 dpi print resolution

Issue description

When writing a document, wandering thin, dark diagonal lines appear on the output when in 1200 dpi resolution.

Solution

1. Select the 4800CQ print resolution and reprint the document.



2. If the print quality issue still appears after adjusting the print resolution, a firmware update will resolve the issue.

Additional information

A firmware change in Release 8 will resolve the issue for long term.
