Paper leading edge damaged at pick

Issue description

200.xx jam continuously occurring with the leading edge damaged in paper trays. The damage on the paper is usually observed on the center of the sheet and occurs in humid environments.

Solution

1. Swap pickup rollers (3pcs) for other trays



2. Replace pickup rollers if available
