Photoconductor stuck inside the printer

Issue description

When pulling out the photoconductor, it gets caught about half an inch inside the printer and is unable to move.

Solution

1. Power the printer off.



2. Open the front of the printer.



3. Grab hold of the waste toner port.

   
   • A ‑ Waste toner port
   • Can be used if photoconductor is difficult to remove. Apply a gentle downward pressure while pulling.
