Remove the tray.
Warning—Potential Damage: To prevent damage from electrostatic discharge, touch any exposed metal frame of the printer before accessing or touching interior areas of the printer.
Remove the jammed paper.
Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.
Insert the tray.
Remove the toner cartridge and the imaging unit to clear the jammed paper that is stuck behind the front door.
Remove paper that is stuck in the rear door to continue printing.
