Update Error - Invalid Version message during firmware update

Issue description

An ​​​​​​Update Error - Invalid Version​​​​ error message appears when updating the printer firmware with a VCC+FLS file.

The issue occurs when the customer has the Public Permissions > Import/Export settings set to disabled.

Solution

A firmware bug prevents printers from updating due to the VCC+FLS special firmware file.

To resolve this issue, update the printer firmware version once available.

Notes:

• As of this writing, the fix for the latest version of the firmware is still not available.
• In the meantime, enable the Import/Export settings under Public Permissions and redeploy the current firmware downloaded.
